How do CREEKD drops work?
CREEKD drops are small-batch releases that open for pre-orders during a set order window each month.
We usually open pre-orders around the second week of the month. Once the order window closes, we prepare and finish each piece in small batches. Shipping and local pickup begin at the start of the following month.

When do I pay for my order?
Your order is paid at checkout when you place it during the drop window.
Once the drop closes, we begin preparing and finishing the pieces for that month’s orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders begin shipping at the start of the month following the drop.
For example, if you order during the June drop, your order will begin shipping in early July.

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. CREEKD currently ships across Canada only.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in the Chaleur region of New Brunswick.
If you choose local pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready and provide the exact pickup details once your order has been prepared.

Why does my order take time to ship?
CREEKD is not a large inventory brand. Each drop is prepared in small batches after the order window closes.
This gives us time to organize each order, prepare the apparel, and finish the pieces with selected CREEKD details before shipping or pickup begins.

Can I choose my CREEKD details?
Yes. During the drop, you can choose from the available CREEKD detail options listed on the product page.
These are selected options from CREEKD, not fully custom one-off designs.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us through our Contact form as soon as possible.
Because each drop is organized after the order window closes, changes may not always be possible once production has started.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart listed on each product page before ordering, as sizing may vary by item.
We recommend comparing the measurements to a shirt, hoodie, or hat you already own and like.
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed outdoor fit.

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact us through our contact form before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory.
Because CREEKD drops are small-batch, we may not always have extra sizes, colours, or CREEKD details available after a drop closes.
If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund if the item meets the return conditions.

Are hats returnable?
Hats may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unworn, clean, and in original condition.
Hats with sweat marks, odours, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and available inventory.

What if my package is delayed?
CREEKD is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has shipped.

What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive my order?
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to begin a delivery investigation.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Because CREEKD drops are small-batch, restocks are not always guaranteed.
Some items may return in future drops, while others may only be available for one release.
Do you offer team, event, or fundraising drops?
Not yet, but this is something we plan to offer in the future.
