At CREEKD, each drop is prepared in small batches after the order window closes. Because each drop is finished with selected CREEKD details, returns and exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.

Returns

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned outside the return window will not be eligible for a refund.
Because each CREEKD drop is finished in small batches with selected CREEKD details, returns and exchanges may be limited unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions by email.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may still be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. CREEKD is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory.
Because CREEKD drops are small-batch, we may not always have extra sizes, colours, or CREEKD details available after a drop closes.
If you need a different size or item, please contact us before sending anything back.
If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund if the item meets the return conditions.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item if it is available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
This includes situations where:

The print or detail is placed incorrectly

The item arrives damaged due to an issue before shipping
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at creekdoutdoorsupply@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and available inventory.
Delivery Issues
CREEKD is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to begin a delivery investigation.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or refunds may not be accepted if:

Final sale, clearance, or special release items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Hats
Hats may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unworn, clean, and in original condition.
Hats with sweat marks, odours, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hat exchanges may be available depending on inventory.
Local Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders in the Chaleur region of New Brunswick, the 14-day return window begins once your order has been picked up.
