Shipping Across Canada

CREEKD currently ships within Canada only.

Our drops are made to keep things simple, intentional, and small-batch. Instead of carrying a large amount of inventory, we open pre-orders during a set order window each month. Once the drop closes, we prepare and finish each piece before shipping begins the following month.

Orders are paid at checkout and are carefully prepared after the drop closes.

When Orders Ship

Orders begin shipping at the start of the month following the drop.

For example, if you order during a June drop, your order will begin shipping in early July.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location in Canada and the carrier used. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CREEKD is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Chaleur region of New Brunswick.

If you choose local pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready. Pickup details will be provided once your order has been prepared.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
